Halloween

It's Halloween. Let's start by carving some pumpkins.



Here's the Costumes. Tyler was a skeleton. Yes, he was the same one last year, but it still fits so I couldn't see spending more $$$


Here's Nathan as a storm trooper. (Just like last year)


And here's Aubrey in her cheerleader outfit from the dollar store.


And why all the need for frugality this Halloween season? Because Jonathan spent the entire budget on his costume. Here we are as Andrei Kirilenko and a Jazz cheerleader. To make the cheerleader outfit, I used a skirt pattern and added stripes. Then took a shirt and added stripes and the Jazz logo.


You see the resemblance??? Right???


This was at Carol and Angie's Halloween party. We were assigned a spooky appetizer to bring. I was a little disappointed that I didn't get to make a cake, but it was probably for the better. It would have taken a lot longer to decorate a cake. Instead I took a cheese ball and shaped it into the shape of a skull and spread bread sticks in the shape of bones around the base.
